I must say that the email sent me by explaining what was wrong with the HD was the December 8, 2008 and that the answer above was held on December 9, 2008 .

do not think it necessary to explain that this " will send you a detailed answer in the course of tomorrow. " never arrived.
yesterday (December 25, 2008), I decided to send another email asking for explanations on the matter. The answer surprised me. Earlier today I received this reply.
basically tell me they have nothing to do, that puts me in touch with Verbatim to give me a solution.

Well, I will, but I do that I have clear is that EVER use this online store to make a purchase.
just wanted to tell you my experience with these people, and then, if you use their services, you do, but you know how they are spent.

In other online stores, the treatment has always been right, and when I needed assistance with something, either a problem or not, have always been there to assist me.

Now all I have done about it, is to ask OFFICIAL complaint form deal with it, and at least as well, give them a little slap on the wrist and that from now on, treat your customers properly.
